The Sweater Weather Scarf Box

This October, we’re embracing all things cozy, chunky, and autumnal with the Sweater Weather Scarf! Inspired by crisp autumn mornings, Aran-style textures, and indulgent seasonal treats like our 'Truly Scrumptious' yarns from Sheepjes (named Buttercream Icing, Apple Crumble, and Chai Shortbread!) this scarf is the perfect companion for chilly days - and a joyful way to expand your crochet skills.
Inside the box, you’ll find everything you need to make a chunky, neutral-coloured scarf, complete with soft, squishy yarns made from recycled plastic bottles that are fun to work with and a joy to wear.

A Beginner-Friendly Project with Big Impact
Don’t let the textured look intimidate you – the Sweater Weather Scarf uses just two base stitches: the front post and back post treble. By combining them in three patterns – Alpine, Herringbone, and Basketweave – you’ll create intricate, Aran-inspired textures without needing to learn lots of new stitches.
Even if you’ve never worked with post stitches before, you’ll find this project approachable. Each row is an opportunity to practice, experiment, and gain confidence, building skills you can carry into countless future projects. Plus, with the step-by-step pattern images and hour long video tutorial that accompanies the box, I'll help you every step of the way.
Chunky, Wearable, and Full of Autumnal Charm
Finished in neutral, seasonal tones with playful yarn names like Buttercream Icing, Apple Crumble, and Chai Shortbread, this scarf is a versatile autumn accessory — perfect for layering over your coat, draping around your shoulders indoors, or gifting to a friend. Chunky, warm, and textured, it looks stylish while letting your skills shine.
