The Bloom and Stitch Box includes patterns for two different accessories, so you can pick the one that feels right for you:
Granny square shawl
A lightweight shawl made from classic ‘granny square’ stitch. It’s perfect for adding a pop of spring colour to your outfit and looks beautiful draped over your shoulders or coat. With great drape, this shawl is a bigger make and uses both balls of yarn. Ideal for wearing over a jumper or light jacket.
Crochet neck scarf
A slimmer scarf style project that uses just one ball of yarn. It’s a quicker make and a fun, satisfying alternative if you fancy something smaller and pretty on trend. It’s also lightweight enough to wear all day with your outfit! We can see this one being made again and again in different colours…
Both patterns use very simple stitches, making this box especially beginner friendly. If you’re new to crochet, or just want a project that grows quickly in your hands, this is a really dreamy project for spring!
Beautiful yarn in spring colours
Inside the box you’ll receive two balls of gorgeous variegated yarn in soft spring shades. As you stitch, the colours gently shift through the yarn, creating beautiful colour changes that make even the simplest stitches look extra special. If you choose the neck scarf, you’ll only need one ball, leaving another for a future small project.

Our designer this month, Rosina of Zeens and Roger, specialises in granny stitch projects and bringing simple stitches to life in beautiful wearables!
You will learn how to create the treble stitch, a corner stone in the crochet basics library, and how to increase and decrease as you make the shawl or scarf. Finally, we’ll show you how to add a super simple picot stitch border to finish off your scarf and elevate it to the next level!

Sign-ups for April's box are open now, but only until 10th April. Once this box closes there's no guarantee the kit will be available in future. If you are already one of our subscribers, you don't need to do anything! The box will be posted to your door with everything you need to make it.
