Flower motifs and a pom pom trim? Tick. A mid-century-modern inspired blanket made in modern colours? Tick!
The pops of colour are kept calmer by the unifying white background, finished off with a fun, multi-colour pom pom border. This great stash-busting project is also ideal for using up any left over yarn.
The pattern requires 49 motifs, which should give you a finished blanket size of around 100cm by 100cm, however the blanket is very easy to scale up or down, should you wish.
TECHNIQUES
Familiar with granny squares? This project is a great next-step pattern, and will teach you how to create circles and petals, and the fun multi-colour pom pom border. Both with step-by-step picture tutorials.
